ABA Architects completed a master plan for the site. The firm also provided programming, design services, and construction administration for the new additions and campus-wide renovations. With public meetings and support of the community, a new master plan for El Rio Center was designed with the following relevant elements for the neighborhood. ABA Architects was selected to complete the design services for:
• Teen recreation center
• Outdoor-covered basketball
• Multi-purpose recreation spaces
• Weights, crafts, and locker rooms
• Administrative offices and kitchen
• New parking
• Outdoor amphitheater
